My rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Husband Maker by Karey White is the first book in a trilogy that is cute clean and full of romance. Charlotte is unlucky when it comes to love, but the men she dates probably would call her their lucky charm! They find their match soon after they break up with Charlotte, which is why she is nicknamed the “husband maker” behind her back. She reluctantly agrees to get set-up with Kyle, a wealthy senator’s son. He is charming and handsome and they find themselves falling in love. But will it last? Is Kyle finally the one?
I enjoyed reading this book. It had a good pace to it. I don’t think I would ever want to date someone famous or in the spotlight, and I especially think so now after reading this book. Constantly being watched and criticized just doesn’t sound fun to me. This was good introduction to all the characters and I wanted to find out what was going to happen.
I have read other books from this author and enjoyed those books as well.
I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.
