My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Righting a Wrong by Rachel Anderson is about a woman who left home right after college and planned on never coming back. But Cambri’s father had health problems that needed her attention, so she reluctantly goes home. While home she runs into her old best friend, Jace Sutton, who wasn’t quite was he was like in high school. Now confident and very good-looking they keep on running into each other. Will sparks fly? Will Jace ever get answers as to why Cambri left and never stayed in touch?
I wish this book was a novel and not a novella. I just wasn’t ready for their story to end. I thought it was super cute. I like the ugly duckling turned swan type of story. I liked the main characters. I didn’t really get why Cambri’s dad was so awful to her or their relationship very much, that that was minor in the story. There was good chemistry between the main characters and a past that unfolds throughout the novella. Like I said, I could have kept on reading more of their story. It ended too quickly!
I like other books by this author as well; light and fun reads. Cute is how I would describe this novella.
I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
